Final & 2nd year PhD project updates

Happy to report that the PhD students the Neuroscience Support Group at the Queen’s Medical Centre is supporting are progressing well with their research. At the end of her final year Tulsi Patel is finishing her thesis on rare genetic variants of Alzheimer’s disease. At the start of her 3rd year Megi Clarke’s research relating to the extent to which clinical scans of patients with Multiple Sclerosis can be used for research is already yielding results which are proving useful in other research projects.
